We’re recruiting for a dynamic Team Leader to lead a team of 5 Relationship Executives focused on client retention and renewals. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a proven track record in leading a sales / retentions team, who is looking to work for an ambitious business where they can take the next step in their career.

You’ll be key to driving performance, coaching your team, and ensuring client expectations are exceeded. With clear progression into a wider management role, this is a career-building opportunity for a commercially minded leader who’s passionate about people and performance!

The Role:

Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to hit retention KPIs
Set clear performance targets and conduct weekly coaching sessions
Ensure SLAs are met and service levels remain exceptional
Conduct bi-weekly 1:1s and support training and development
Drive efficiencies and process improvements across the team
Support client and broker meetings when needed
Solve retention challenges and unlock upsell opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

Experience leading a retention or renewals team
Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
Excellent communication and coaching ability
Resilience, organisation, and a data-driven mindset
A passion for developing people and driving results
