We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead the analysis, configuration, monitoring, and automation of the Nexthink platform.
In this key role, you will help define and implement the organization's strategy for leveraging device analytics to modernize and automate the end-user computing device lifecycle. Your efforts will directly improve the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) by enabling proactive insights, automation, and operational efficiency.
This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's DEX strategy-enhancing productivity, driving preventative IT measures, and promoting a seamless, efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end administration, configuration, and optimization of the Nexthink platform in alignment with enterprise IT and digital transformation goals.
Design and implement automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Partner with cross-functional teams across IT Operations, Cybersecurity, End-User Computing, and Software Governance to integrate Nexthink capabilities.
Utilize analytics to monitor, analyze, and improve digital employee experience.
Translate complex technical insights into actionable recommendations that improve productivity and service delivery.
Explore and implement new use cases and advanced Nexthink features to support data-driven IT management.
Provide training, documentation, and technical guidance to engineering and operations teams.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, automation tools, and IT service management trends to continuously improve existing processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of experience in desktop or end-user systems engineering and administration in large enterprise environments (30,000+ endpoints).
Solid understanding of IT security and compliance best practices.
Proficiency with Nexthink platform configuration, automation, and DEX monitoring.
Experience with similar tools (Microsoft Analytics, Riverbed Aternity, ControlUp One) will also be considered.
Scripting & Automation: Strong skills with Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, Python, or NQL to optimize workflows.
IT Infrastructure & Endpoint Management: Deep understanding of performance monitoring, cloud environments (Azure, AWS), and endpoint management tools.
Incident Prevention & Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement preventive measures.
Network & Security Awareness: Experience with Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, Jamf, and Microsoft 365.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external vendors.
Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Nexthink certifications (or equivalent) are highly desirable.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $56 - $66 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
