Please note that this position is based in Brussels and offered as a permanent contract (CDI). It is not a freelance opportunity. The role requires on-site presence 2 to 3 days per week.
Job Title: International HR Business Partner
Reporting Line: Reports to VP HR EMEA
Job Overview: The International HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with employees and management across various regions. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating proactively with the HR department and business management. The International HR Business Partner formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Provide expert guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
Talent Management:
Oversee talent acquisition processes to ensure the recruitment of high-caliber candidates.
Develop and implement talent management strategies to retain and develop key employees.
Employee Relations:
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Performance Management:
Support the implementation of performance management systems.
Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Identify and mitigate HR-related risks.
Change Management:
Lead and support organizational change initiatives.
Facilitate communication and training to ensure smooth transitions.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR
Proven experience in international HR management.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple regions.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
