HR Business Partner, Belgium, c€85,000 plus bonus and benefits, Permanent.

Our client is a globally renowned organisation known for its consistent growth and forward-thinking approach. As they continue to expand their footprint across Europe, they are looking to strengthen their People function and are now recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to support operations across Belgium.

Reporting directly to the Country HR Director, this strategic role will partner closely with business leaders to provide expert guidance across the entire employee lifecycle. You will help shape and implement people strategies that support business goals, foster a strong organisational culture, enhance leadership capabilities, and support with ongoing transformation activity. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you’ll influence key decisions and ensure the organisation is structured and skilled for long-term success. You will collaborate with the wider People team, including the Centre of Excellences, and will be responsible for designing and delivering targeted development initiatives to identify and grow future talent.

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional, someone with ambition and drive and the ability to step up into a HR Director role within two years. You will have significant partnering experience at a senior level ideally gained from your time within complex, international, and customer-oriented environments. You bring strong business acumen, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence across diverse cultures and markets. Your experience includes navigating change, developing talent strategies, managing employee relations, and working effectively with both senior leadership and employee representatives such as works councils. This role is a regional role and therefore flexibility around travel is essential alongside the ability to speak fluent Dutch, French and English.
