Job Title: Marketing Analyst
Term: 6 Month Contract
Location: Toronto,ON
Hybrid – Onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze first- and third-party data to assess marketing campaign performance and ROI.
Build and optimize multi-touch attribution and marketing mix models (MMM) to evaluate marketing impact.
Design and evaluate A/B tests, ensuring robust hypothesis testing and measurement.
Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and provide real-time performance insights.
Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to influence data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
Strong SQL skills with the ability to query and manipulate large datasets.
Proficient in Python (or R) for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation.
Deep understanding of attribution modeling, MMM, or related techniques.
Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly.
