Job Title: Node.js Developer – AI Trainer

Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
Implement robust data validation, error handling, and security practices for reliable backend services.
Execute database schema design, migrations, and performance tuning for scalable applications.
Actively test AI-assisted development tools, documenting bugs, performance reports, and improvement ideas.
Collaborate with the research and product teams via Slack, providing structured technical feedback.
Participate in AI testing sprints, submitting insights through post-evaluation surveys.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of AI-driven development workflows and engineering standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript.
Proven success building and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Strong understanding of database management, schema design, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in error handling, debugging, and application security.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, high-trust environment.
Passion for AI innovation, model testing, and emerging development technologies.
