Our large FinServ client is seeking a Junior Content Manager to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 4 days a week in Southlake, TX.
Other location options include Lone Tree, CO and Austin, TX ( you would be fully remote, but must be available for occasional onsite meetings)
Role Summary
The Junior Content Manager will support the development and execution of communication strategies for a Fortune 500 financial services client. This role partners closely with Change Managers and the Communications team to create clear, consistent, and engaging content that drives organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about delivering high-quality messaging aligned with brand standards.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
Experience managing content calendars and communication plans
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams (Change Management, Communications, Training)
Additional Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in content management, communications, or content strategy Familiarity with brand guidelines and messaging consistency
Proficiency in creating presentations and talking points
Organizational skills to support event coordination and multi-project timelines
Basic understanding of change management principles is a plus
Responsibilities
Partner with Change Managers to document change interventions
Create presentations, talking points, and communications in collaboration with Change and Comms teams
Collaborate with Communications and Training teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Manage content calendars and communications plans to support project timelines
Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all materials
Provide logistical and content support for event coordination
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
