Our partner is an innovative start-up specialising in Asset Tokenisation, aiming to transform the finance industry by offering loan originators advanced financing options and enabling investors to easily access investment opportunities. The company's platform automates the structuring and management of complex securitisation transactions, bridging traditional finance with the latest technological advancements. Their mission is to provide accessible and secure financial solutions for the real economy, revolutionizing how financial markets operate.

About the Role:

As a front-end development intern you are going to design and implement a comprehensive web application that will be the entry point for on-boarding their customers and allow them to deploy bespoke securitisation protocols onto a blockchain environment. You'll work alongside senior engineers using TypeScript / Vue.js / Svelte and TypeScript / Golang to develop Ethereum Web3 integration technology as well as unique exposure to the world of Fintech and blockchain start-ups.

Responsibilities:

Build responsive and performant front-end applications using a cutting-edge development stack.
Develop complex interactions with multiple data sources, back-end systems and blockchain protocols.
Ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices for optimal software development, testing, and producing technical documentation.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the front-end, optimizing page loading times and rendering efficiency.
Develop a UI/UX tailored for institutional users.
Participate in the end-to-end product architecture: the critical technical choices are made as a team!
Support your team members and be willing to contribute in other areas such as back-end or smart contract development.

Requirements:

Experience in TypeScript using modern front-end frameworks such as Vue or React (bonus points for Svelte), with experience in server-side rendering frameworks like Nuxt, Next.js, or SvelteKit.
Knowledge of front-end to back-end integrations such as RESTful APIs, GraphQL, websockets, server side rendering.
Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for robust deployment processes.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proactiveness, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Nice to Have:

Previous exposure to Blockchain application development (Ethereum Web3 APIs).
