The Mission: Build and Scale

You are the Strategic Builder. Your mission is to transition the company to a marketing-led growth model by designing, implementing, and running a modern, data-driven engine from the ground up. This role demands a leader who blends the financial discipline and strategic focus of an enterprise executive with the relentless action and courage to execute of a high-growth operator.

Your goal is to simplify the company’s complex value proposition into a Hedgehog Principle, a singular focus that guides all GTM efforts, and use it to achieve market leadership in high-value segments.

Core Outcomes (First 18 Months)

You will be measured on your ability to deliver both strategic structural change and measurable performance results:

Architect the Engine & Drive Pipeline: Evolve marketing from a sales-support function into the company's primary driver of top-of-funnel growth. Increase marketing-sourced pipeline contribution to over 40% of all new business.
Operational Efficiency & Financial Acumen: Manage marketing like a business, demonstrating a deep understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV), and decrease blended Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by at least 25%.
Master the Unique Market (GTM Motion): Lead the implementation of a disciplined segmentation & verticalization strategy to identify, target, and win high-value market segments. Develop and launch vertical-specific messaging, content, and sales tools that give broker partners a clear and compelling value proposition for specific end-customers.
Expand the Ecosystem: Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing and enablement strategy focused on increasing revenue from our existing broker partners. Build deeper, more strategic relationships that provide greater access to partners' books of business.

The Action Mandate

You will own the end-to-end GTM system, requiring both strategic oversight and hands-on operational excellence. Your mandate is to move quickly and deliver tangible results.

Strategic Architecture

GTM Design: Architect the entire marketing machine to power the next phase of growth, focusing on the sophisticated segmentation and verticalization strategy.
Partner Development: Design and lead programs (co-marketing, strategic events, targeted enablement) designed to deepen engagement and measurably increase revenue from existing channel partners.
Technology Stack: Evaluate and implement a modern GTM technology stack. You will leverage data enrichment, automation, and AI-powered tools to create a sustainable competitive advantage.

Hands-On Execution

Performance Driving: Actively run and optimize performance channels, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, lifecycle campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM) to maximize pipeline flow.
Experimentation Culture & Courage: Champion a culture of quick learning and relentless iteration, where informed risks are taken, and decisions are accelerated. You thrive on continuous experimentation, embracing a fast-fail mentality to gain insights and pivot with exceptional speed.
Data Visibility: Construct comprehensive data funnels, performance dashboards, and robust attribution models to ensure performance is fully visible and scalable investments are prioritized.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure targeted account strategies are supported, deal cycles are accelerated, and opportunities for expansion are maximized.
