Insight Global is seeking an experienced Lead for IT Operations Center on behalf of one of our valued clients. This is a 6-month contract with a strong potential for extension. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence in Calgary 3–4 days per week. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing IT operations environments and driving operational excellence. A successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership and project management skills to improve operations!

Must haves:

Demonstrated experience leading IT, network, or security operations centers.
Strong project management capabilities, including budget, scope, and schedule management.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for driving change.
