Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a deep background in enterprise CRM development and large-scale Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate must have expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and system integrations, along with proven experience working in Agile environments. This role requires strong architecture-level thinking, hands-on coding excellence, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and develop scalable applications on the Salesforce platform.
Build and optimize Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, Visualforce pages, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Implement complex Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom modules.
Lead integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, and middleware platforms.
Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Enhance system performance, security, and coding best practices.
Conduct technical reviews, guide junior developers, and enforce Salesforce standards.
Support CI/CD pipelines and release management across environments.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick, high-quality resolutions.

Salesforce Configuration: Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules
Apex Integration: REST & SOAP services, Platform Events, Callouts
Salesforce Data Modeling, Sharing Rules, Role-based access, Permission Sets
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Deployment Tools: Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git/GitLab
CI/CD & DevOps: Version control, branching strategies, automated deployments
Performance tuning & governor limits handling
Middleware/Integration tools: MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi (plus)
Testing: Apex test classes, automation test frameworks
Strong understanding of SDLC, secure coding practices, and large-scale CRM design
Preferred Skills
Salesforce Certifications: PD1, PD2, Admin, Platform App Builder
Knowledge of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) is a big plus
Experience with Event-Driven Architecture, Streaming APIs
Microservices, API Gateway concepts
Domain experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, or Retail
Prior long-term roles with reputable MNCs in India or U.S.

Work Authorization & Location Preference
Only H4 EAD, L2S, GC EAD, USC eligible.
OPT allowed only if experience is genuine 10+ years full-time.
Candidates already in Texas or willing to relocate to major U.S. states preferred.
