Azure Cloud Architect – Contract Role

Location: London (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud transformation projects for a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Lead cloud architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Provide guidance on best practices for cloud adoption, migration, and governance.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Architect in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, networking, security, identity management).
Expertise in cloud migration strategies, landing zones, and governance frameworks.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM/Bicep/Terraform.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions).
Experience in hybrid cloud environments and integration with on-premises systems.
