Position Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Director with deep domain expertise in reverse logistics and a proven record of enterprise business development. This is a high-impact, strategic hunter role where you’ll target major OEMs and large consumer electronics companies to build tailored, multi-solution relationships that span across departments and product lines.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise sales cycles targeting high-value OEMs and carriers (e.g., Samsung, LG, CTDI, Ingram Micro)
Develop and execute outbound strategies targeting fewer than 100 high-value enterprise prospects
Attend trade shows, perform onsite visits, and build relationships with decision-makers
Understand and position Premier’s full-service capabilities: returns, repair (L1–L3), resale, refurbishment
Customize sales strategy based on vertical, department, or product category (e.g., smartphone, IoT, wearables)
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with Premier’s operational and technical teams
Meet defined KPIs for revenue growth, deal volume, and pipeline health
Present case studies, lead discovery conversations, and handle objections with confidence

Skills and Specifications Required:

Completion of a Bachelors’ degree
10+ years of successful enterprise B2B sales experience in reverse logistics, OEM services, or electronics supply chain
Demonstrated ability to build and close multimillion-dollar deals with complex buying committees
Deep network within the carrier, OEM, and consumer electronics space
Strong grasp of the end-to-end returns lifecycle, including repair capabilities by level
Ability to develop strategies for long sales cycles (3–6 months), with a clear plan by 90-day mark
Outstanding storyteller with a record of success stories and qualified leads to share
Ideally based near Dallas but can be remote. Need to be able to travel as needed for meetings, site visits, and trade events
