The next generation of GTM systems is AI-native.

To reach our next stage, we need someone able to design, build, and maintain these systems—quickly and reliably.

You will contribute to two missions:

Client Delivery: ABM at scale, scraping, enrichment, intent systems, workflows, content engines, and small custom apps.
Internal Product: internal agents, tools, processes, frameworks, and micro-products that strengthen Bulldozer long-term.

You will work with founders and senior operators every day.

Role Overview

*Your Responsibilities*

→1. Systems & Engineering

Build and maintain ABM systems: scraping, enrichment, classification, signals.
Architect data flows between CRM, warehouses, enrichment tools, AI agents, and automation layers.
Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code…) to speed up development.
Build internal tools or mini-apps (Figma → Lovable).
Implement scrapers, ETL scripts, and API integrations.

→2. AI & Automation

Design and operate AI agents for research, enrichment, outbound, and content generation.
Build workflows in n8n (mandatory).
Define logic for routing, segmentation, and prioritization.
Implement automated QA for data reliability.

→3. GTM Activation

Set up and maintain intent frameworks (product, website, external signals).
Build content-at-scale engines (emails, LinkedIn, creatives, landing pages, SEO/SGO).
Create dynamic targeting systems powered by real-time data.

→4. Internal Product

Contribute to Bulldozer’s internal suite: agents, templates, automations, dashboards.
Improve processes to increase team speed and reduce errors.
Work on new productized service lines with the founders.

*What Success Looks Like*

→ After 6 months

3–5 client systems shipped (ABM, scraping, intent, workflows).
Several internal agents running in production.
Strong autonomy using AI coding tools.

→After 12 months

You become a technical anchor for GTM delivery.
You directly impact client revenue.
You own part of our internal IP (systems, templates, automations).

*Required Skills*

→Technical

Strong experience with AI & automation tools (Clay, N8N, Claude Code…).
Good command of APIs, MCPs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
Coding ability is a plus.
Scraping, enrichment APIs, structured data processing.
Mastery of automation platforms (n8n is mandatory).
Ability to Vibe-Code / prototype small apps or interfaces (Lovable or similar).

→GTM

Understanding of B2B funnels, ABM, intent signals, outbound logic.
Familiarity with CRM structures (HubSpot is a must) and databases (Airtable)
Ability to translate business needs into operational systems.

→Execution & Mindset

Pragmatic builder with fast output.
Comfortable with partial specs and ambiguity.
Collaborative with marketers, founders, and clients.
Business-first approach.

→Nice to Have

LLM-SEO / SGO experience.
Growth engineering exposure.
Background in revops, product, or growth.
Sensitivity to design.
Reading/writing capability in French.
