About Novlini
Novlini is a GTM and RevOps consultancy specialized in building modern, data-driven revenue systems.
We are the first official partner of Attio, and we design GTM architectures deeply centered around Attio as the core CRM.
We work with clients across the world, primarily in the US and Europe, helping startups and scale-ups replace rigid CRM stacks with flexible, modular, Attio-centric systems used in production.
Our approach is strongly product-oriented and data-driven: we design systems meant to scale, evolve, and be measured.
Role
We are looking for a Freelance GTM Engineer with a strong product mindset to support client projects and internal initiatives.
The engagement is flexible, between 2 and 5 days per week, depending on availability and project needs.
Responsibilities
You will work on a mix of client and internal projects, including:
Designing and implementing Attio-centric GTM and CRM architectures with a product mindset
Treating GTM systems as products: scoped, versioned, documented, and continuously improved
Building automations, workflows, and integrations around Attio
Structuring data models, pipelines, and reporting with clear KPIs
Supporting outbound and inbound GTM processes driven by data
Implementing and maintaining operational tooling used in production
Writing clear documentation, playbooks, and technical specs
Testing, debugging, and improving system reliability
Using data to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and optimizations
Most used tools: Attio, Clay, Lemlist, n8n, Make, Segment, Customer.io, Metabase, Notion, Airtable
Requirements
Strong interest in GTM, RevOps, CRM systems, and automation
Product mindset: ability to think in systems, trade-offs, and long-term scalability
Data-driven approach: decisions backed by metrics, not intuition
Clear motivation to work deeply with Attio
Structured thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and deliver reliably
Clear written and spoken English
Strong sense of ownership
Nice to Have
Prior experience with Attio or modern CRMs
Familiarity with analytics, dashboards, or reporting frameworks
Experience with automation or low-code tools
Basic understanding of APIs and data flows
Experience with B2B SaaS workflows
Documentation or technical writing experience
Engagement & Compensation
Contract type: Freelance
Workload: Flexible, 2–5 days/week
Location: Remote-first
Compensation: Daily or hourly rate, depending on profile
Invoicing: Monthly
Required status: Independent contractor (micro-entrepreneur or company)
No employment relationship. Full autonomy within an agreed scope and delivery timeline.
