Role Description

This is a contract role for a SharePoint Analyst - Intermediate based in Edmonton, AB, with hybrid work arrangements allowing flexibility between on-site work and remote capabilities. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining SharePoint environments, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and analyzing system performance to optimize functionality and user experience. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions, while ensuring system integrity and security.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to comprehend complex data and identify solutions
Proficiency in Information Technology, including understanding various systems and platforms relevant to SharePoint
Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for resolving system-related issues
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Familiarity with SharePoint tools and functionalities is preferred
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment with both remote work and on-site tasks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is an asset
