Job Specifications

Senior Full-Stack Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ months contract

Experience: 10+ years hands-on development.

Focus

Front-End Heavy (70/30 split) → 70% React, 30% Java backend.

Expected to lead UI architecture, set patterns, and coach team on React best practices.

Responsibilities Emphasis

Strong React expertise for building modern, responsive UIs.

Ability to contribute to backend when needed (Java, Spring Boot).

Familiarity with Playwright for E2E testing (easier for UI engineers).

Nice-to-Haves

Kafka experience (helpful but not mandatory).

Ability to guide team on design system and monorepo decisions.

Soft Skills: Leadership mindset, mentoring capability, strong collaboration.

Shared Requirements

Full-stack capability (React + Java).

Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Playwright.

CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Agile environment.

Cloud exposure (AWS), containerization (Docker/OpenShift).

Domain-Driven Design (DDD) understanding (team is starting to adopt)
