Job Specifications
We are looking for an experienced IBM ACE Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies. This role requires strong technical skills and collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable integration services.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
Build and maintain message flows, message sets, ESQL code, and mappings.
Develop and expose REST APIs, SOAP services, and message-based integrations.
Configure and manage integration nodes, execution groups, and deployed artifacts.
Troubleshoot issues, perform performance tuning, and conduct root cause analysis.
Integrate IBM ACE with middleware, databases, and enterprise applications.
Work closely with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployments.
Provide production support and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
Mandatory Skills & Proficiencies
Proven experience as an IBM ACE Developer (IBM Integration Bus / Message Broker also acceptable).
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Message flows, ESQL, Java, Mapping nodes
MQ, JMS, Kafka, REST/SOAP protocols
XML, JSON, XSLT, XSD, WSDL, DFDL
Solid understanding of integration patterns, SOA, and API-driven architectures.
Proficiency in deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting ACE integrations.
Strong database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MongoDB, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
