About The Opportunity

Our Government client is seeking a Senior Access to Information consultant.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Apply and interpret the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act
Use investigation, negotiation, consultation, interviewing, and conflict-resolution skills to anticipate issues and resolve complaints
Provide advice on ATIP legislation
Use information-management knowledge to ensure sensitive council documents are properly used, stored, protected, and disposed of
Handle a large backlog of files that are complex and sensitive

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

3+ years of Access to Information experience within an ATIP office in a Federal Government Department
3+ years experience working on large, complex, sensitive and late
Experience with ATIPxpress
French is an asset
Reliability Clearance

About the Job

2 Month contract on an as is and required basis.
