Job Title: AWS DevOps Engineer (Only W2)

Location: Denver, CO or Chicago, IL

Contract/contract to hire and Contract Length: 18 months

Need to be onsite 5x a week - MANDATORY

Top 3 requirements:
Senior Level Experience (7-10 years) - building and deploying multiple applications on AWS
Terraform Scripting
Kubernetes and Helm Charts
AWS Bedrock - experience building out AWS environments
Coding experience - Python, Java or .Net
Nice To Haves:
Built CICD pipelines (UAT to Prod)
Splunk or SOAR experience

Cloud Security Engineer

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in AWS services and AWS Bedrock to join our team. This role will focus on deploying, configuring, and maintaining a vendor SaaS application within a secure and scalable cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, and packaging/deployment using Helm charts.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS
Configure and maintain AWS Bedrock services for generative AI integrations
Implement and manage Terraform scripts for infrastructure automation
Utilize Helm charts for Kubernetes-based deployments
Collaborate with vendor teams to ensure smooth SaaS application deployment and integration
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud resources
Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational standards
Document architecture, processes, and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in cloud engineering with a focus on AWS
Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and related AI/ML services
Proficiency in Terraform for IaC and automation
Experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes deployments
Strong understanding of networking, security, and scalability in cloud environments
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
Experience with SaaS application deployment and vendor integrations
Knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes
