Job Specifications

Senior Business Analyst focusing on Identity, Authentication, and Process Mapping within the Microsoft ecosystem, supporting a complex transformation initiative by driving clarity in enterprise processes and data integration across systems.(Hybrid)

Must Have skills

5+ Business Analysis experience
Strong experience with process mapping and enterprise workflows
Understanding of identity and access management concepts
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Azure services
Ability to analyze and document data flows and system integrations
Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration

Nice to have skills

Experience with Azure DevOps (process-level understanding)
Exposure to enterprise security and compliance standards
Understanding of cloud architecture and integration best practices
Business-focused documentation and functional requirement skills
Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs
Change management and current vs. future state analysis

Lead process mapping initiatives for authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle
Document end-to-end identity workflows including system interactions and provisioning
Support identity and access management process analysis within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Work within Microsoft ecosystem tools including Azure and Azure DevOps
Analyze data flows between identity systems and REM platforms
Collaborate with security, cloud, and architecture teams to ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices
Translate business and compliance needs into clear documentation
Support delivery teams with process definitions and requirement validation
Communicate process changes and support adoption through clear documentation
