Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the transformation team (TO) within the XRM (relationship management) domain. In this role, you will collaborate with a product owner to analyze epics and business features, enabling strategic goals through actionable insights and business cases. You will act as a crucial link between stakeholders, developers, and management to shape the roadmap and ensure implementation success.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and processes via workshops, interviews, and data analysis
Translate business requirements into user stories
Support the development of business cases and conduct impact assessments
Collaborate with development teams to implement tailored solutions
Track progress and evaluate effectiveness of process changes
Bridge business and transformation office departments

Ideal Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in business analysis and process optimization within the insurance industry
Minimum 5 years of total experience in insurance
Strong proficiency in process modeling and user story writing
Skilled in stakeholder management and communication
Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French is a plus

Solid understanding of insurance processes
