Job Specifications

Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce release and testing activities
Define and manage test plans, test cases, and quality assurance processes
Develop and maintain technical and release documentation
Support deployment, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting of applications
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data mappings, and process flows
Monitor system health, analyze issues, and implement maintenance procedures
Apply best practices for scalability, performance, and supportability
Support estimation, planning, and Agile (Kanban) delivery activities

Required Experience & Skills
7+ years of experience in IT systems analysis and enterprise applications
Strong understanding of SaaS and packaged application principles
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills

Preferred
Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (SD / OTC)
Experience with Pricefx
Agile / Kanban experience
