SharePoint Delivery Lead - NHS (NHS Connect/NHS.NET)
We're hiring a hands-on SharePoint Delivery Lead with proven experience configuring SharePoint within Office 365 inside the NHS Connect (NHS.NET) tenant.
This role is strictly for candidates who have already worked within the NHS environment. NHS.NET experience is essential. This is a delivery role, not theoretical. You must already have worked within the NHS environment.
The role
Design and build standardised SharePoint Online sites across 88 GP practices
Configure SharePoint within Office 365 to NHS standards
Lead content migrations using the SharePoint Migration Tool or proven alternatives
Implement NHS security controls including Sensitivity Labelling, DLP, and Purview
Manage delivery, stakeholders, and early adoption support
Non negotiables
Hands-on experience configuring SharePoint Online in Office 365
Direct experience working within NHS Connect (NHS.NET)
Strong understanding of NHS data governance and cyber security requirements
Confidence working with GP practices and non technical users
