2026 Tapestry Internship Program Overview
Our 10-week Summer 2026 Internship Program will give undergraduates, masters students, and recent graduates the opportunity to develop critical skillsets and gain hands-on experience at our house of modern luxury lifestyle brands. There will be internship opportunities available at Coach, kate spade, and within our Tapestry Functional Groups.
Program Dates: June 2nd, 2026 - August 7th, 2026
Work structure: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in office)
Location: New York City Hudson Yards Office
Compensation: $20/hour
Benefits/Perks: Summer Fridays, product discounts, sample sales, meal stipend, and Intern educational & social events.

Job Title: Summer Human Resources Internships
Primary Purpose:The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Human Resources to work within our Tapestry corporate team.
Functions include but are not limited to: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Business Partner, People Solutions, Social Impact, etc.

Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems
Help organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events
Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to support process improvements
Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis for workforce planning
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management and meeting coordination

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems is a plus
