Role: Salesforce Developer with Service Cloud Voice

Duration : Long Term Contract

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
Implement and support Service Cloud Voice, including Amazon Connect or other telephony integrations.
Configure Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, call routing, IVR flows, call recordings, and real-time call transcription.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Triggers.
Perform unit testing, deployment (CI/CD), and support UAT activities.
Troubleshoot production issues related to Service Cloud Voice and telephony integrations.
Ensure all solutions comply with Salesforce best practices and security standards.
Create technical documentation and maintain Salesforce environment hygiene.

Required Skills

4–8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong experience with Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, or CTI integrations.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
Strong understanding of Service Cloud, Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Call Center features.
Experience with Salesforce Configuration and automation tools (Flows, Workflows, Process Builder).
Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations.
Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I, Service Cloud Consultant, or Admin are a plus.
