My client is a VC-backed technology company based in Utah, building an intelligent platform that helps go-to-market teams perform at their best. Their product connects fragmented business systems and transforms live data into real-time insights that power faster, smarter decisions across sales, marketing, and customer success.

With strong early traction and rapid growth, they are now hiring a Frontend Engineer to take ownership of the user experience and help define how customers interact with the product from the ground up.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role within a lean, high-impact engineering team where design, product, and frontend work tightly together. Your work will directly shape how the platform looks, feels, and performs for end users.

What you will do

Own the development of modern, performant, and visually polished frontend features

Build intuitive, scalable user interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript

Collaborate closely with product and design to translate concepts into production-ready UI

Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and real-time data services

Drive frontend architecture, best practices, and performance optimization

Write clean, maintainable code with strong testing and review standards

Move quickly, iterate frequently, and ship customer-facing features at pace

What we are looking for

Around 4+ years of professional frontend or software engineering experience

Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks

Strong grasp of modern CSS, responsive design, and UI performance optimization

Experience consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs

Strong UX instincts with the ability to balance design precision and engineering quality

Self-directed, product-minded, and comfortable owning large frontend surface areas in a scaling startup

Nice to have

Experience with data-heavy or real-time user interfaces

Exposure to design systems or component libraries

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Previous startup or small-team experience
