Job Specifications

Position: ServiceNow Developer

Compensation: $45 - 60 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Lenexa, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where your expertise in ServiceNow development will drive innovative solutions. This role offers the chance to enhance platform capabilities through scripting and automation, contributing to impactful projects. This opportunity arises as the company expands its focus on leveraging AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Design and implement workflows and automation
Customize forms, fields, and UI elements
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs
Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering
Ensure compliance with development standards
Support upgrades and maintain system health
Develop custom applications using ServiceNow Studio

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Proficient in JavaScript and Glide API
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow AI
Familiarity with ITIL processes
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
