Concero is looking for a ServiceNow Admin. This individual is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform to support business needs, such as those in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Key duties include scripting (JavaScript), system integrations, and ensuring platform integrity through testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance, often collaborating with various departments. Qualifications typically include a Bachelor's degree, experience with ServiceNow scripting and administration, and relevant certifications like the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Main responsibilities:

Redoing service catalog requests.
Reconfigure designs of how a catalog should look like.
10+ month contract with extension or conversion to FTE.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and solutions within ServiceNow, aligning with business requirements.
Write and maintain code using JavaScript and other scripting languages for Client Scripts, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
Develop and maintain workflows, including those for HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Integrate the ServiceNow platform with other systems using web services and APIs.
Troubleshoot and debug platform issues, ensuring data integrity and security.
Create and manage service portal pages and widgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
Participate in and lead testing efforts, including creating test plans and performing regression testing.
Manage the transfer of code using update sets and support the maintenance and upgrades of the platform.

Qualifications and skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often required.
Experience: Several years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform is typical, with a focus on development and administration. Specific experience in ITOM (Event Management, Service Mapping)

Technical Skills:

Strong JavaScript and scripting skills.
Proficiency with ServiceNow development tools like Studio, Flow Designer, and integrations (SOAP).
Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
Knowledge of development/test/production environments and update set deployment.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/OR ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
