Product Manager:

Position Overview

This role oversees the continued support of products already released to the global market. As part of the worldwide marketing organization, the Product Manager acts as a resource for the sales force, responding to routine inquiries, supplying materials, and helping resolve product-related issues. The position also collaborates broadly across internal teams to anticipate customer needs, close product gaps, and develop opportunities that drive the company’s commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Adhere to all procedures and documentation requirements defined by the company’s quality management system, including ISO 13485 and related international standards.
Serve as a daily point of contact for field representatives, providing information, tools, equipment coordination, and other support as needed.
Participate on cross-departmental teams focused on enhancing existing products and developing future offerings, including planning for new feature and product introductions.
Track and interpret feedback from customers and field staff to identify trends in user experience and product perception.
Develop, revise, and expand training resources, marketing content, and support materials for both internal teams and customers; assist in educating field teams on how to utilize these materials effectively.
Work with quality and regulatory groups to ensure that all marketing assets and product-related documents meet compliance expectations.
Maintain awareness of competitive solutions and brief the sales force on how these alternatives compare to the company’s products.
Ensure that product issues, feedback, and complaints are captured properly within the company’s reporting systems.
Collaborate with clinical specialists to keep marketing content aligned with current research, studies, and publications, and communicate updates to sales and marketing teams.
Represent the company at virtual and in-person conferences and events, and communicate key event insights back to internal teams.
Organize and manage a library of videos, presentations, written materials, and other resources so they are easily accessible to commercial teams.
Partner with colleagues across all departments to help fulfill organizational priorities.
Submit required reports and maintain accurate data within designated timeframes.
Present company products in a professional and positive manner.
Maintain strong knowledge of competitive devices, trends, and strategies in the marketplace.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently, with initiative and creativity.
Proficient in English.
Solid computer literacy, including common office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and audio/visual tools used for presentations.
Strong understanding of business fundamentals and industry dynamics.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including remote work when appropriate.
Availability to work evenings or weekends when necessary.
Willingness to travel based on business needs.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least five years of relevant industry experience, including prior marketing exposure.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and make sound decisions.
A metrics-focused marketing mindset paired with a creative approach.
Experience using CRM platforms and marketing automation systems.
