Job Title: Junior Servicing Analyst – BCE (Brokerage, Commissions, Executions)

Location: Montreal, QC

Duration: 2 years Contract (possibility of conversion to full-time)

Work Model: Hybrid (1–3 days in office)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior BCE Analyst to join the Global Market Data Services team. This team supports multiple work streams, including Brokerage, Commissions, Executions (BCE), market data, and technology. The selected candidate will primarily focus on invoice reconciliation and approval activities related to trades executed across different lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

Log new invoices into the master inventory database.
Validate cost centers, service names, and costs to ensure alignment with expected billing details.
Communicate with Line of Business (LOB) managers to confirm billing details and obtain approvals.
Process invoices in Coupa for payment.
Collaborate with team members in Montreal and Toronto; participate in regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions.

Must-Have Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Analytical and judgment skills with the ability to work in complex environments.
Ability to process large volumes of invoices within strict timelines.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Market Data Manager (MDM).
Familiarity with Coupa (SmartProcure).
Previous experience in banking or financial services.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Recent graduate or early-career professional in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Interest in financial operations and exposure to global markets
