The Role

We are looking for an individual to support the intelligence team and the role that they play within the wider business of Clyde & Co.

The role itself whilst sitting within the Counter-Fraud team, will be aligned to both the fraud and wider business of Clyde & Co, assisting on a wide variety of matters requiring investigation.

The role will predominantly work on standalone claims which have been flagged as having fraud concerns alongside profiling work and other investigations. The individual will be responsible for clearly documenting their findings, both evidentially and by way of formal reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct investigations using a number of databases and open source facilities.
Prepare reports in line with case specifications and instructions, with an analysis of the findings.
To investigate and report with good understanding of data protection and the handling of sensitive data.
Time record in accordance with billing procedures and to meet/exceed hourly and billing targets.
Manage time in accordance with fee agreements on a case by case basis and display an understanding of commercial requirements.
Be able to work and report on a wide variety of different work types and be able to manage their own time effectively and efficiently.
Report within prescribed time frames.

Requirements

2+ years' experience working as an Intel Analyst
Proficient using i2 software
Track record of hitting billing targets
Good understanding of legal principles and personal injury claims.
Fully conversant in the use of IT systems including MS Office skills and online resources.
