Test Manager | Contract | Hybrid | Northampton, UK

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract (with potential for extension). This is a hybrid role – office days in Northampton to be confirmed.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage testing projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Drive automation testing initiatives and develop robust automated test scripts.

Work with mainframe applications and modern testing frameworks.

Utilize Java and Selenium for test automation.

Collaborate with stakeholders and manage test teams effectively.

What We’re Looking For

Total Experience: 10+ years

Hands-On Technical Experience: 6–7 years in relevant testing technologies

Proven expertise in automation testing, mainframe, Java, Selenium, and project management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
