Position Title: Lead ServiceNow Developer
Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Miamisburg, OH, Philadelphia, PA, Jacksonville, FL and Rocky Mount, NC
Ability to work remote: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote
Acceptable time zone(s): EST
Days of the week: Monday – Friday (Some weekend for releases / deployment)
Working Hours (Flexible): 8:00a-5:00p EST
OT: Primarily needed during weekdays. There will be after hours work on occasion in support of releases.
Travel: No

Contract to Hire, W2
Function of the Group: Risk Mitigation-
Initiatives/Projects: To support the ITSM Transformation project. This is a lead level position, and the candidate must have experience in the Portfolio Management workstream.
The role is a hybrid of technical leadership, strategic portfolio governance, and hands-on engineering.
The role demands: Expertise in ServiceNow SPM and ITSM modules. Ability to design and implement enterprise-scale solutions. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Certifications and deep technical knowledge for integrations and automation.
Team Dynamic: Team consists of about 60+ BSA, Developers, Scrum Master, QE (Full Agile Crew)
Roles and Responsibilities
Implementation & optimization - Lead configuration, customization, and integration efforts for ServiceNow modules.
Continuously improve workflows and portfolio performance.
Technical leadership - Provide guidance to development teams, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development and administration. Stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with business and IT leaders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
Experience
8+ years in ServiceNow, with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management and IT Service Management (ITSM)
Must Have Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SACM, CSDM, HRSD, and SPM, Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API), REST/SOAP integrations, and familiarity with Integration Hub, Understanding of workflow automation, Flow Designer, and compliance frameworks (ISO/NIST)

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
