Job Specifications

Role: Backend Engineer (Developer III – Software Engineering)

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

Client: UST Global (Project: T-Mobile)

Interview: 2 rounds in-person + mandatory AI assessment (80%+ required)

Note: Only locals candidates required

Key Responsibilities:

5-8 Years of Experienced Professionals
Build scalable backend microservices using Python + Flask
Develop, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs
Deploy/manage services using Gunicorn and containers
Work with MySQL, PyMySQL, Redis, Memcache for storage & caching
Implement data pipelines using NumPy & Pandas
Ensure performance tuning, security, and code quality
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

Required Technical Skills:

Python (Flask) – core must-have
REST API design
Gunicorn/uWSGI
MySQL, PyMySQL
Redis, Memcache
NumPy, Pandas
Microservices architecture
Git/GitHub
Unit testing (PyTest)
Docker, CI/CD; basic Kubernetes preferred
