Learning Design Specialist | Leading Healthcare/Medical Device Client
We’re looking for a Learning Design Specialist to support training and development for a growing Urology Sales organization. If you have strong instructional design experience—especially with Articulate 360, ADDIE, and multimedia learning—this is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment within a top healthcare-focused team.
What You’ll Do:
Design instructor-led training, eLearning modules, videos, and multimedia content
Conduct needs assessments to identify learning goals and performance gaps
Build structured curricula and engaging, interactive learning experiences
Create Tier-1 eModules using Articulate360 or similar tools
Support sales training workshops, National Sales Meetings, and other events
Maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance across training assets
Manage multiple learning projects, timelines, and stakeholder communications
Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, or related field
3+ years of instructional design or curriculum development experience
Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline/Articulate360
Strong foundation in ADDIE, adult learning principles, and project management
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Background in healthcare, pharma, or medical devices preferred
Location: Marlborough, MA (Hybrid – Onsite 3 days/week)
Pay: $42 – $48/hour.
