Job Specifications

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Accounts Payable operations and ensure timely, accurate processing of supplier invoices. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with financial controls, supporting month-end close activities, and managing high-volume inbox communications in a paperless ERP-driven environment.

Required:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.
Strong experience with ERP systems—Oracle Fusion preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred:

Experience working in a high-volume, paperless AP environment.
Strong understanding of automated invoice workflows.
