Job Title: Procurement Enablement Specialist (P2P / Supplier Enablement / eCatalogs)

Job Description
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Category Management, Finance, and Suppliers to gather data and enable effective transition of spend into automated procurement tools.
Identify end users impacted by procurement platform enablement and coordinate dependencies with IT and supporting teams.
Execute supplier enablement and transaction setup activities, including catalog development, to ensure successful transition of supplier spend into procurement systems (e.g., Ivalua).
Supplier Readiness & Enablement
Ensure supplier records are complete, accurate, and ready for requisitions, POs, invoicing, and payments.
Validate contract readiness—correct references, alignment with business requirements, and proper integration with P2P processes.
Align buying channels and invoice processes with procurement strategy to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Lead internal and external change management activities to support digital procurement adoption.
Catalog Management & Development
Develop processes, tools, and systems to maintain catalog databases and ensure information accuracy.
Establish catalog best practices and develop tools/templates to standardize digital procurement practices.
Identify catalog deployment opportunities with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Create and maintain electronic catalogs (eCatalogs), enabling local ordering and centralized visibility.
Ensure eCatalogs are properly integrated into procurement systems (e.g., Ivalua).
Update and track all articles/items in relevant catalog systems.
Contract & P2P Integration
Review supplier contracts for completeness, accuracy, compliance, and procurement policy alignment.
Map contract types to buying channels (catalog, non-catalog, punchout).
Determine optimal enablement approach based on contract structure and terms.
Define purchase order requirements, including spend allocation, PO structure, and line-item setup.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Analyze procurement-related data and metrics (compliance, terms, adoption).
Recommend scalable strategies to transition suppliers into digital procurement platforms.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager or project lead.
Candidate Requirements
Must Have
5+ years of experience working with procurement technologies (Ivalua strongly preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable.
Nice to Have
Certifications in procurement platforms (Ivalua or similar).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
Industry experience in Procurement or Retail.
Education
Undergraduate Degree required.
