Information Technology Business Analyst

Location Address: 44 King Street W 19th Floor (44K-19)

Hybrid: 2 days in-office (will increase to 4 days in future)

Contract Duration: 01/05/2026 to 12/31/2026

Possibility of extension: Yes, based on performance and business needs

Conversion to FTE: May be, based on performance and business needs

Must have skills:

• 10+ years of experience working in a similar capacity as a BA/BSA

• 7 + years of Recent project experience writing intermediate to advanced queries using SQL.

• 7+ years of experience as Business Data analyst working with large sets of data including data mapping and Big Data technologies

• 3+ years' finance/accounting background

• 3 + years of experience with revenue reporting and P&L

Nice to have:

• Power BI is a strong asset.

• Experience with automated testing.

• Agile/Scrum methodology understanding / worked in an Agile environment

• Previous recent experience working with Top 5 Banks/FI

Soft Skills Required:

• Proactive and a self-starter

• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.

• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle different user groups

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required.

• Financial courses or certification completion is an asset.

• Prior courses taken in Mathematics (statistical analysis and discreet mathematics)
