Responsibilities

Lead development efforts across multiple client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the team
Interview engineering candidates and evaluate technical staff performance
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
Provide technical support to callers and stakeholders, addressing issues and offering solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables
Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle

Skills And Requirements

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess and interview technical candidates effectively
Experience mentoring junior developers and managing distributed teams
Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, etc.)
Solid understanding of software development best practices, version control, and agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities
Availability for long-term, ongoing engagement with potential for follow-up work
