About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to help build and scale an enterprise-level Salesforce platform used across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives at the intersection of business process improvement and technical problem solving. You’ll join a collaborative internal CRM development team responsible for optimizing quoting tools, sales automation, and predictive analytics within Salesforce.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.
Lead and mentor junior developers, providing code reviews and architectural guidance.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Support existing Salesforce systems while identifying and reducing technical debt.
Drive improvements in system performance, usability, and automation.
Contribute to UX design and implement features that enhance the end-user experience.
Ensure all development aligns with Salesforce best practices and company standards.

What You Bring

5+ years of overall software development experience, including 3+ years on the Salesforce platform.
Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar quote-to-cash systems preferred.
Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python for integration and scripting.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, JavaScript Developer I, etc. are highly valued.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
Excellent communication skills and strong business process understanding.
