Hiring Salesforce System Developer (Hybrid)

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce System Developer to join a collaborative and forward-thinking technology team. This position offers the opportunity to design and build scalable Salesforce solutions that power critical business functions across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Python, and SOQL.
Lead and mentor junior developers through code reviews, best practices, and technical guidance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable system solutions.
Identify and address technical debt to improve long-term system stability and performance.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years on the Salesforce platform.
Proven expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce CPQ

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $152,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
