Job Title: Success Factors LMS

Location: Greater Toronto Area, Canada (Onsite)

Mode: Contract

Client: HCLTech

End to end implementation in LMS , certification in LMS (optional)

SuccessFactors LMS- Job Description:

2-6 years of experience in SAP Success Factor - LMS
Certified in SuccessFactors LMS and compensation management module
Hands on experience in SF implementation of LMS and compensation management module
Create and configure Excel document to successfully import into LMS
Upload and test courses to icontent and other content management system
Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices
Hands-on all the Data Models and knowledge of XML
System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
Knowledge of MDF , foundation objects , associations , Business rules and workflows
Should have basic experience in SAP HCM – PA/OM module
