Role:SuccessFactors & HR Data Integration Consultant

Location: Remote (Canada)

Mode: Contract

We are looking for a SuccessFactors & HR Data Integration Consultant with strong hands‑on experience across SAP SuccessFactors, HR data governance, and S/4HANA integration models. This role is well‑suited for someone who enjoys solving data flow challenges, supporting parallel HCM and S/4 transformations, and guiding teams through structured HR data processes. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and technical stakeholders to ensure clean, accurate, and compliant data across multiple systems.

Description

Build and maintain custom objects using the SuccessFactors Metadata Framework (MDF).

Apply knowledge of EC Payroll, Time, or related SuccessFactors modules to support configuration and data flows.

Support EC–S/4HANA integration models, including Point‑to‑Point, SAP BTP, and API‑based connections.

Review and analyze HR data from non‑SAP legacy systems, assisting with mapping and transformation.

Collaborate with teams responsible for SAP Identity Management or role-based access/data flows.

Use SuccessFactors reporting tools to validate HR, time, and payroll data during testing cycles.

Contribute to parallel HCM and S/4HANA transformations, ensuring consistency across workstreams.

Lead or participate in multi‑stream data governance activities and mentor junior consultants.

Apply knowledge of data privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR, retention rules) to guide compliant handling of HR information.

Document findings, governance decisions, and configuration updates in a clear and structured way.
