Role Description

This is a contract role for an Administrative Assistant - Senior based in Edmonton, AB. The position is hybrid, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules and meetings, handling communication, and maintaining clerical systems and records. Key responsibilities include drafting correspondence, coordinating between teams, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance and providing high-level support
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with office software and tools
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting
A high degree of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
Previous experience in IT or recruitment industries is advantageous
