The Role:

We are seeking an innovative ServiceNow Solution Engineer to be a critical link between client business challenges and transformative solutions. You will champion the Idea-to-Value framework, working hands-on with customers to design, build, and implement ServiceNow solutions that directly simplify and improve their business processes, ultimately delivering high-impact outcomes.

This is a dynamic role for a hands-on solution engineer who can design the 'what' and also drive the 'how.'

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Lead the end-to-end technical design and build of complex ServiceNow solutions, primarily focusing on CRM and App Engine modules.
Hands-on Implementation: Perform advanced configuration, development (scripting, flows, integrations), and customisation to meet sophisticated business needs, ensuring the solution is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Prototyping: Collaborate with sales teams to present technical demonstrations, create proofs-of-concept (POCs), and articulate the value proposition of proposed solutions.
Quality Assurance & Governance: Ensure all implemented solutions adhere to architectural standards, follow prescribed quality gates, and result in a truly simplified and positive user experience.
Customer Focus: Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed to facilitate workshops and implementation activities.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant or Solution Engineer in a consulting or partner environment.
Deep expertise and multiple successful implementations across Customer Workflows.
Required Certifications: Hold at least one core certification ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Further Certifications: Actively working towards or planning to obtain Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
Proven ability to translate abstract business requirements into concrete, simplified, and effective solutions.
