Job Specifications

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring teams to understand internship role requirements and selection criteria.
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Provide timely updates to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Extend offers
Process background checks and conduct reference checks.
Maintain recruitment data and prepare weekly progress reports

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with internship or campus hiring.
Prior experience not for profit and/or international development organizations is helpful
Strong understanding of internship programs and early-career hiring.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS platforms
