Job Summary:

This strategic role is for an experienced business analyst who will work within our Operational Excellence & Automation team, focused on enhancing organizational efficiency through process improvements and technological advancements. The ideal candidate will act as an internal consultant within our People & Places organization, dedicated to identifying, recommending, and implementing process changes and improvements, particularly leveraging AI and automation, to drive company's success. You will be pivotal in transitioning HR service delivery to ServiceNow, ensuring that our workforce can perform optimally.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with shared services teams to propose business process improvements, focusing on AI and automation.
Lead projects with a customer-centric approach, making focused decisions and delivering actionable recommendations.
Define requirements, create process documentation, and oversee change management initiatives.
Work independently, manage priorities, and adhere to project timelines.
Identify issues proactively and escalate them appropriately while ensuring clear communication regarding process changes.

Must-Have Skills:

Expertise in business process redesign and documentation.
Proficient in managing change and transitioning to new technologies.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

Industry Experience:

Experience in HR organization process optimization preferred.
ServiceNow implementation and process design experience is highly valuable.
