Overview

As part of Client's People & Places organization, we support HR Shared Services as an internal consulting team, helping hire and retain top talent so Intuit can win and employees can do their best work. Our Operational Excellence & Automation team acts as internal process consultants, driving innovation and operational efficiency by leveraging data, customer insights, and technology.

This role focuses on using functional process expertise and facilitation to identify configuration requirements and implement process improvements in partnership with technology teams. Responsibilities include documenting current workflows, defining business requirements, recommending solutions, and redesigning processes. The team is transitioning to ServiceNow for HR Service Delivery.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with shared services teams to identify and propose process improvements, including leveraging AI and automation.
Deliver actionable recommendations using a customer-centric approach.
Define requirements, document processes, and support change management activities.
Work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Identify and escalate issues when appropriate.
Communicate clearly regarding process changes and their business impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of business analysis experience with proven project delivery in a contract or consulting capacity.
Experience applying business process redesign principles in HR organizations.
Strong collaboration skills within a team, with confidence to work independently.
Growth mindset and adaptability to changing dynamics.
Ability to define business requirements and document complex process flows using LucidChart.
Excellent communication skills across global teams via email, presentations, and video calls.
ServiceNow and KnowledgeBase implementation and process design experience is a plus.
