Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.
Align technical solutions with business goals in partnership with IT teams and consultants.
Develop testing plans, training materials, and documentation for smooth implementation.
Lead feasibility assessments and define project scopes for new initiatives.
Foster transparent and collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
Manage project plans, balancing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
Drive projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a major ERP system.
Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver value in complex environments.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Success in influencing business decisions and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency with business process definition tools like Visio.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Skills

Experience with NetSuite ERP or Salesforce CRM.
